SEADRIF Insurance Company is a unique, MAS-regulated Development Insurer, owned by ASEAN+3 member countries. We work with Ministries of Finance, MDBs, and global reinsurers to design and deliver disaster risk financing and insurance solutions that protect lives, public services, and fiscal stability across Southeast Asia.
As we expand our work, we’re recruiting for four key roles to strengthen our small, high-performing team:
- Operations Lead – Anchor SEADRIF’s internal operations, board support, donor compliance, HR/IT, and organizational systems. [See terms of reference here for details.]
- Operations Analyst – Support operational delivery, with a focus on donor processes and World Bank project requirements. [See terms of reference here for details.]
- Communications, Outreach & Partnerships Lead – Build SEADRIF’s voice across ASEAN and globally, shaping narratives and managing key external relationships. [See terms of reference here for details.]
- Head of Product – Technical ownership of new insurance product development, including client engagement, actuarial modelling, and pushing the boundaries on new risk finance solutions. [See terms of reference here for details.]
These roles are hands-on, mission-driven, and offer the opportunity to help shape one of the world’s most innovative public–private disaster risk finance platforms.
- Location: Flexible across Southeast Asia (remote-friendly).
