We’re delighted to welcome Xinmei Zheng to SEADRIF as our new Chief Operating Officer.
Xinmei brings nearly two decades of experience in non-life insurance and reinsurance, with deep expertise across Southeast Asia. Her background spans underwriting, structured risk solutions, portfolio management and business development, including regional leadership roles at Swiss Re and Munich Re. She has worked closely with insurers on growth, capital and innovation strategies across ASEAN.
Having lived and worked in Singapore, Hong Kong and the UK, Xinmei brings both deep regional perspective and international experience to the team. As COO, Xinmei's operational leadership and commercial expertise will strengthen SEADRIF’s institutional capabilities for its next phase of growth.
