Gillian brings more than seven years of experience working across tech startups, commercial businesses, and impact organizations. She’s a versatile operations professional who thrives in mission-driven environments with a strong background in operations and project management. Gillian has led end-to-end project delivery, coordinated international events, produced program materials, and supported cross-functional teams globally. She has also contributed to collectives such as Weave and Rogue Union, both dedicated to supporting leaders and Global South changemakers.
